Senior Account Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as an Advertising Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing client relationships and overseeing the development and execution of advertising campaigns. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be key to ensuring the success of our clients’ marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising requirements and goals through meetings and discussions.
- Work closely with agency colleagues to develop innovative advertising campaigns that align with the client’s brief and budget.
- Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to media, social media, and creative teams, and actively contribute to the formulation of digital marketing strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client, maintaining regular communication to ensure effective information flow.
- Skillfully negotiate campaign details with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Present creative concepts and campaign proposals to clients, seeking their approval or incorporating modifications as needed.
- Manage budgets, carefully monitor campaign costs, and provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Create media plans and proficiently set up advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Produce well-written and insightful client reports that effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, gathering relevant data and insights to optimize future strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous 1-3 years of experience in advertising account management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and agency teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction while achieving campaign objectives.
- Proficiency in creating and presenting compelling creative concepts and proposals.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and experience with advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and provide accurate quotes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and presentable client reports.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and assess campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics and tools.
