Biddable Media Trading Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct data analysis for advertising campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns across various platforms including AdWords, Facebook, TikTok, Line, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
  • Serve as the central point for the portfolio of past customer performances, comprehending the business characteristics of various industries, identifying the performance metrics associated with each industry, and effectively explaining the underlying factors behind those metrics.
  • Oversee media budget and campaign performance, ensuring error-free campaign creation and optimization for the entire team.
  • Utilize, comprehend, and analyze performance metrics from diverse reports in any Analytics tools.
  • Proficient in integrating, validating, and conducting testing of all tracking scripts on client websites.
  • Develop the dashboard report from our platform and various report providers to anlayze the data with both internal and external team.
  • Foster the development of the team.
  • Train senior and junior team members on critical thinking, campaign planning, and measurement techniques for Google, Facebook and etc. based on client requirements.
  • Allocate accounts appropriately within the team and manage team efficiency, dedicating 50% of working time to campaign creation and optimization, and 50% to campaign analysis and planning advisory.
  • Provide consultation on online media campaign planning for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Offer recommendations, devise media strategies, and create media plans that align with client KPIs.
  • Lead client meetings to explain campaign results and analyze the impact of online media on client businesses.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms: AdWords, Facebook, TikTok, LINE, etc.
  • Proven experience at the campaign management level with a brand or agency for 2-3 years.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English languages.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving, with an ability to navigate new challenges and ambiguity.
  • Effective management experience and skills to lead cross-functional teams and individuals not directly reporting to you.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth through emerging opportunities and established partnerships is advantageous.
