Senior Advertising Sales Executive /
Advertising Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Advertising Sales Executive or Advertising Sales Manager (Performance Solution) to join our team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strong partnerships with major clients, agencies, and partners in the country. Your primary focus will be on promoting and driving the adoption of our performance marketing solution to new advertising clients, while also maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort in lead acquisition and planning, identifying, attracting, and converting new clients to utilize our products and services.
- Proactively reach out to potential advertising clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and present the assigned solution to potential clients within the targeted segment.
- Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and meet clients’ expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of advertising clients’ businesses, products, and objectives.
- Conduct regular, detailed account reviews to assess ongoing performance.
- Manage relationships with customers and vendors to enhance the brand and drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage the overall performance objectives, expectations, and progress of secured accounts and projects.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in digital media, digital marketing, and/or media sales preferred.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the web, programmatic technology, media, and the advertising field.
- Creative and analytical, with the ability to understand customers’ needs and provide satisfying solutions.
- Strong commitment to quality sales and customer service, with excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and prompt follow-through.
- Strategic understanding of business processes and the ability to work and build relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge and interest in the latest industry trends, technology solutions, and best practices.
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good command of written and communication in English
