Account Manager
We are actively looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Advertising Account Manager. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns. Additionally, you will lead a team of 1-3 account management professionals, guiding them towards achieving outstanding results. Your exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients’ marketing endeavors.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client to effectively pitch and secure new business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell digital media and services to existing clients.
- Responsible for the team quarterly sales target along with your account management team.
- Engage in thorough discussions and meetings with clients to gain a deep understanding of their advertising requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop innovative advertising campaigns that align with the client’s brief and budget.
- Serve as the team lead for your internal team and the client, maintaining regular and effective communication with them.
- Skillfully negotiate campaign details with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Present the concept idea and campaign proposals to clients, seeking their approval and incorporating modifications as necessary.
- Manage budgets, diligently monitor campaign costs, and provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Create effective media plans and proficiently set up advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Produce well-written and insightful client reports that clearly communicate campaign performance and offer recommendations.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, gathering relevant data and insights to optimize future strategies.
Internal Management:
- Manage a team of 2-3 individuals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve goals and KPIs.
- Ensure appropriate resources are in place and work is conducted in a timely fashion, within approved scope and budget.
- Drive the execution of projects across the Creative and Support teams.
- Take responsibility for the successful facilitation of projects from estimation through launch and maintenance.
Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in Advertising Account/Client Management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage both external and internal parties on project scope and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in client handling and building strong client relationships.
- Previous experience in delivering digital media projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with the advertising campaign lifecycle, from pitching to execution.
- Solid background in project management, campaign management, and analytic tools.
